Thanks for your input this morning about the two articles on the TDSB school that banned the use of "hard balls" in their schoolyard we read in class today. It was nice to see you all thinking of all the possibilities of "why" it happened and how all of the different sides would and could have reacted. I am looking forward to our in-class debate on Wednesday.
On a more personal note Lucy wrote her first letter to Santa tonight. She has this fixation with it being Santa's birthday and I'm not sure why? I hope that she also gets over the idea that her toys might come alive by themselves because she wants a "real" Buzz Lightyear and Barbie like the ones in Toy Story that are alive. I'm not sure if Santa can deliver on that request!
